Welcome to "Your Manual on You"!  This is the place to stop the rat race of all the differing fitness and diet routines out there. How are you supposed to know what really works and what to spend your time and money on? I must have tried a good portion of them and have spent more money than I would like to admit, all with substandard or poor results. Through my experiences, certifications, and classes, I have learned there is not a one size fits all when it comes to nutrition or fitness.  I believe that you should stop believing all the supposed experts out there who tell you they can change your life. There is only one person who can change your life, and that person is YOU !  I want to help you find out how to become "The Expert On You".  You know deep inside what you need and require for your body to function appropriately. I truly believe we all have the ability deep in our genes  to determine our needs and options that will bring true vitality, health , fitness , and joy of living back into our lives.  I hope to help you rekindle those instincts you possess to enjoy your life you are meant to live.  This site will have frequent blog posts to give ideas and starting points. We also we have coaching options if you require a little extra help or if health issues require further testing of metabolic and hormonal function. This site will hopefully fulfill your needs, wherever you sit on the scale of knowledge and abilities.
